500 g Weat bread flour, or type ''00''
1 Tbsp Yeast
1 Tbsp Caster sugar
4 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tsp Fine sea salt
325 ml Warm water
add yeast, sugar into warm water, stir and leave for a few minutes In a separate bowl,
add soda flour and salt Make a well and add your olive oil and yeast mixture Mix with hands until it transfers your dough onto a clean floured surface .
Then knead for about 10 min until even and smooth Put back into the bowl, cover with kitchen towel Leave in warm place to prove for 2 hours .
After 2 hours, the dough has doubled in size Remove dough, knead it to push the air out with your hands.
Important Note : Use the dough immediately, or keep it, wrapped in plastic wrap, in the fridge (or freezer) until required.
